Event Waivers

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER, AND PHOTO CONSENT

By purchasing and/or participating in any Coriosity Co. in-person workshops, you (or your parent/guardian if you are a minor) agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that the workshops may involve activities such as crafting, nature exploration, and art journaling. I acknowledge that participation may include risks such as the use of scissors, paints, adhesives, exposure to outdoor elements, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these workshops.

2. Release of Liability

I, on behalf of myself and/or my child, hereby release, waive, and discharge Coriosity Co., The Leading Creative LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and the owners or operators of any venue where our workshops are held, including but not limited to Amethyst Retreat Center from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in these workshops, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or allergic reactions.

3. Photography & Media Release

I grant Coriosity Co. permission to capture and use photographs or videos of myself and/or my child during workshops for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the Coriosity Co. website. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images. If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify Coriosity Co. in writing before the workshop begins.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Workshop enrollment is by season only. A full refund is available up to two weeks before the season begins. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

5. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing my purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Release of Liability Waiver. I understand that this waiver is legally binding and applies to all in-person workshops hosted by Coriosity Co. / The Leading Creative LLC.

For Participants Under 18:
As the parent or legal guardian, I consent to my child’s participation in these workshops and agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf.
